Origin Sold new to DiBernardo/Italy on March 28, 1966. Subsequently owned by Donald Patterson of Lompoc, California in 1974 who purchased the car in Milan from Neil Trevanion & Howard Empson. At that time it was registered with Italian plates CT285246. Mr. Patterson then sold this car to Ferrari collector and enthusiast Erik Nielsen also living in California. John Nichols (UK) acquired this car from Mr. Neilsen on September 1, 1993 and kept it until 2002. In 1993 the car showed just 56,741 km from new. Peter Nydrle of Beverly Hills was the next registered owner from 2002 until we acquired this car. The older images were supplied by Erik Nielsen and these shots confirm that the condition in 2010 was pretty much as it was in the mid-1980s.
Detailing
After having discovered that this 275GTB/6C was originally painted Celeste, it was decided to strip the old silver respray off and to bring this car back to its' original color. Carl Brown Restoration has undertaken this task and now this is in process. With the body in bare metal, this car was virtually 100% rust-free and very original.

Bumpers are getting rechromed and a set of refinished alloy wheels are being fitted. The car will be sold with the orignal Borranis as a spare set.

The original black leather seats and vinyl interior has a superb feel and would be impossible to duplicate.

Arguably this is best combination for a 275GTB; long nose body, torque tube driveshaft and original six carb set up. And of course all numbers are matching.
Accessories
Period lap belts.

Model History
This combination combines for roughly 108 examples as a long nose-torque tube car and one of only 32 produced as an original six-carb within that 108.
